London, United Kingdom (uk.gov.krd)-Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region Nechirvan Barzani received British Ambassador to Iraq Jonathan Wilks and his accompanied delegation.
During the meeting views were exchanged on the post-election process in the country, including the formation of a new cabinet for the government, and the unity and the effective role of Kurdistan political parties in the process, and the importance of the talks between Erbil and Baghdad.
Both sides discussed the results of the elections and stressed the need to remove the concerns and uncertainty about the results. They also stressed that the next government must work on the reconstruction of the country, improving the economy, solving the existing problems, and work for the benefit of all the components of Iraqi people.
